Getting started A medium sized business in 3 branches

You are a company of 500 staff based in 3 branches, mostly office based. Based on 27% of the population smoking, you have about 135 smokers. You are not sure how best to support staff.
You contact us and arrange for an associate to meet with you and discuss your needs. The associate finds out about your staff, where they are based and what sort of hours they work. They present to you a brief report with recommendations for how a stop smoking programme could work.

You identify that most of your smokers are at one branch, so you decide that you will run 2 group sessions over the next year there- starting at 5.30 at the end of the working day. However, a number of senior staff would like to quit but don’t want to join a group. You arrange for them to have one to one sessions starting in January (new year’s resolutions!). The associate arranges a suitable time to fit in with their schedule. You nominate a key person for the associate to arrange internal advertising of the services, access to a meeting room and contact numbers for the senior staff.
